• Conduct audits to gather use cases and UX patterns across digital products and create reusable component definitions.
• Identify inconsistencies and deviations from the design system and ensure alignment across teams.
• Collaborate with developers to implement and quality check components.
• Craft usage guidelines and enforce processes for design system upkeep.
• Advocate for design system adoption and demonstrate its impact on user experience and efficiency.
• Continuously enhance the design system based on user feedback and industry trends.

Requirements

• 7+ years of design experience with 2+ years maintaining a design system
• Portfolio demonstrating deep product design expertise from conception to launch
• Strong UI design skills and proficiency in Figma
• Content strategy and HTML/CSS knowledge is a bonus
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• English: B2 level or higher required
