Location: Must be based in the United States (Field-Based/Remote with up to 75% travel).

Compensation: $163,000 – $245,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of MSLs to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to align MSL activities with broader medical and commercial goals.
• Foster and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and the medical community.
• Ensure effective communication of scientific and clinical information to external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial.
• Monitor MSL activities to ensure compliance with company policies and FDA regulations.

Requirements

• Graduate level degree (PharmD, M.D., D.O, PhD, MS or equivalent) required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry as an MSL.
• 1-2 years of leadership or management experience within field medical affairs.
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations regarding product promotion and scientific exchange.
• Ability to travel up to 75% as necessary.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
