What you will do
- Analyze customer complaints and quality losses to identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Monitor and control production process KPIs to identify and eliminate process deviations.
- Execute daily management systems in collaboration with production teams.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives using WCM methodologies such as FMEA, 12-Step KAIZEN, and DMAIC.
- Ensure the reliability of inline defect control systems.
- Prepare and conduct weekly quality meetings with shift teams.
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering or Science.
- Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical skills and a performance-driven mindset.
- Ability to build and leverage professional networks effectively.
- Technical interest with a strong problem-solving orientation.
