What you will do

• Analyze customer complaints and quality losses to identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Monitor and control production process KPIs to identify and eliminate process deviations.
• Execute daily management systems in collaboration with production teams.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives using WCM methodologies such as FMEA, 12-Step KAIZEN, and DMAIC.
• Ensure the reliability of inline defect control systems.
• Prepare and conduct weekly quality meetings with shift teams.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering or Science.
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical skills and a performance-driven mindset.
• Ability to build and leverage professional networks effectively.
• Technical interest with a strong problem-solving orientation.
