What you will do

• Drive the implementation and compliance of Product Assurance and Supply Quality requirements.
• Coordinate quality activities throughout the complete project lifecycle.
• Lead quality reviews, milestones, and manage non-conformance processes.
• Act as a primary interface for quality topics with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
• Support supplier qualification, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for product quality and process efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Physics, Natural Sciences, or a comparable technical qualification.
• Experience in Product Assurance, Quality Assurance, or Supplier Quality within highly regulated industries like aerospace, defense, or automotive.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to moderate technical discussions.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make well-founded decisions and take ownership.
• English: Business fluent required.
• German: Language skills are considered an advantage.
• Willingness to travel regularly is required.
