What you will do

• Own infrastructure asset lifecycle from procurement to decommissioning, including accurate asset tracking across sites.
• Ensure CMDB accuracy and alignment with physical inventory; lead asset onboarding and retirement processes.
• Monitor utilization, performance metrics, and failure trends; drive capacity planning, redeployment, and refresh cycles.
• Implement preventative maintenance and lifecycle forecasting strategies.
• Maintain governance and compliance with internal asset management policies and audit standards; support financial controls with Finance.
• Standardize asset management processes across regional sites and improve tracking/reporting via tooling and automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data center operations related to asset management and/or hardware lifecycle management.
• Experience managing high-value hardware assets (e.g., GPU servers, networking equipment, storage, or data center infrastructure).
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle, CMDB systems, and inventory control best practices.
• Experience working across multi-site, regional, or global operational environments.
• Strong written and verbal English skills for tickets, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
