What you will do

• Conduct technical evaluations and qualification of suppliers to meet engineering standards.
• Provide technical expertise during the supplier selection process.
• Drive continuous improvement in supplier capabilities and performance.
• Support quality and reliability initiatives across the hardware development lifecycle.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align supplier outputs with business and engineering requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Communications, or a related field.
• English: Intermediate or above proficiency required.
• Familiarity with the full hardware development process from design to validation.
• Expertise in high-speed signal design, power integrity, PCB layout, or semiconductor testing.
• Proficiency with design and simulation tools such as Cadence, Allegro, ADS, or HFSS.
• Strong hardware debugging and analytical problem-solving skills.

• Experience in system integration.
• Background in semiconductor packaging and testing.
