What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end model pipelines for ranking, recommendations, search, and personalization across multiple product domains.
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines, quality checks, and model monitoring to ensure reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate ambiguous business needs into well-scoped ML projects.
• Utilize A/B tests and offline/online evaluation frameworks to measure model impact and guide iterations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of professional experience applying ML or statistical modeling to real-world business problems.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks for model development, training, and evaluation.
• Experience with end-to-end model development from data exploration through to deployment.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).

Nice to have

• Graduate degree in a quantitative field (CS, Statistics, ML, or similar).
• Experience with modern ranking and recommendation modeling in an applied production setting.
• Track record of optimizing ML systems including monitoring, alerting, and model governance.
• Experience designing low-latency, high-availability ML architectures and feature stores.
• Familiarity with natural language search techniques and agentic workflows.
