What you will do

• Classify and label sensitive data using established information protection standards.
• Develop and maintain DLP policies, rules, and security controls.
• Configure controls to block unauthorized sharing of sensitive data across email, cloud, and collaboration platforms.
• Monitor and investigate DLP alerts, incidents, and policy violations.
• Provide user education and awareness regarding secure data handling practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security, Data Protection, DLP, or Security Operations.
• Proven experience with enterprise DLP platforms and data classification technologies.
• Solid understanding of data privacy, information governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from São Paulo.
