Salary: $50,600 - $84,340 USD (annual base)

What you will do

• Serve as a single point of contact for customer inquiries via team shared mailbox and inbound toll-free line.
• Provide immediate resolution to customer questions by partnering with internal business teams.
• Support Sponsor and Advisor service needs for Corporate Bundled plans.
• Use Voya proprietary systems to manage and respond to requests.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of equivalent experience in Defined Contribution administration or a similar area.
• Customer service experience/skills.
• Ability to quickly learn Voya proprietary systems.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Preferred: knowledge of Omni record-keeping systems.
• Preferred: understanding of contribution and/or distribution processing.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
