IT Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid presence required)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing, globally distributed IT Support and Services team.
• Own the global IT service desk queue and escalations to ensure effective service delivery.
• Design and optimize automated IT workflows to scale operations with company growth.
• Drive reliable performance of core IT services and provide dedicated support for Supply Chain teams.
• Manage vendor relations, contractor management, and software/hardware spend and renewals.
• Oversee IT asset inventory and lifecycle globally to optimize spending and sustainability.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Stockholm, Sweden for regular on-site presence.
• 5+ years of professional IT experience, including 2+ years in an IT management role.
• Proven experience managing IT support teams in fast-paced, scaling environments.
• Deep familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and device management for macOS and Windows.
• Practical experience with Jira Service Management or similar ticketing and workflow tools.
• Strong understanding of modern IT security principles, identity management, and endpoint security.

Nice to have

• Relevant industry certifications such as ITIL.
• Experience with SnipeIT and the Atlassian Suite.
