Technical Support Engineer (Java/Oracle)

What you will do

• Manage and resolve technical incidents within a production environment.
• Support CI-CD and DevSecOps pipelines using Jenkins, XL Deploy, and XLRelease.
• Maintain and query Oracle databases, working with SQL views and scripts.
• Track and manage tickets using ServiceNow and Jira.
• Operate within an Agile (Scrum) team environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience at a senior level.
• Basic knowledge of Java, specifically for back-end systems.
• Solid experience with CI-CD and DevSecOps tools.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle and SQL.
• English: B2 level or higher.
• Based in Portugal with EU citizenship or a valid work permit.
