What you will do

• Build advanced statistical and ML models to quantify the financial impact of customer friction across business units.
• Lead experimentation and causal inference frameworks to evaluate if product improvements drive measurable outcomes.
• Architect scalable NLP and AI solutions to extract signals from large-scale multi-source customer feedback.
• Develop impact sizing and prioritization frameworks to inform product roadmaps and investment decisions.
• Partner with senior leadership (Director and VP level) to embed data-driven decision-making into core operations.
• Mentor other data scientists and establish best practices for model governance and reproducibility.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python (or R) for production-ready workflows.
• Deep expertise in regression, classification, clustering, causal inference, and experimentation at scale.
• Strong experience applying NLP and machine learning to large-scale unstructured data.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and translate technical concepts into compelling narratives.

Nice to have

• PhD in a quantitative field.
• Familiarity with VoC metrics such as PRS (Product Recommendation Score) and tNPS (Transactional Net Promoter Score).
