What you will do

• Develop visual assets including layouts, illustrations, and digital graphics based on creative direction.
• Produce high-quality, production-ready files for digital, print, and motion platforms.
• Translate sketches and wireframes into polished final designs for marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and creative leaders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain and organize creative assets and design files within established management tools.
• Adapt designs across various formats while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Degree in Design or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in interdisciplinary graphic design within an agency or in-house team.
• Expert knowledge of design specifications for both print and digital applications.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and industry-standard design tools.
• Experience with Google Suite, particularly Google Slides and template building.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience and willingness to work with AI tools.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Jira.
