What you will do

• Manage the full product lifecycle for RewardGum, taking ownership of activation, retention, engagement, monetization, and referral loops.
• Lead funnel analysis and run continuous A/B tests to identify bottlenecks and optimize conversion rates.
• Define and ship MVPs quickly, leveraging data to iterate and scale successful features.
• Design transparent and frictionless user experiences for reward tracking, offer completion, and cash-out processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Data, Engineering, Design, Partnerships, Support, and Compliance teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management with a strong focus on consumer product growth.
• Proven track record in gaming, rewards platforms, offer walls, rewarded ads, or payout-based consumer products.
• Deep expertise in user activation, retention strategies, engagement tactics, and building viral loops.
• High proficiency in funnel analysis, product analytics, and experimentation.
• Practical, execution-oriented mindset with a focus on shipping products fast.
• Strong communication skills to align diverse stakeholders around a shared product vision.
