What you will do

• Design and evolve corporate data architecture, including real-time streaming pipelines and Data Lakes.
• Facilitate Architecture Review Boards and develop Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) for data tiering and lifecycle policies.
• Build Data Lineage and centralized ownership processes using metadata tools.
• Define and monitor SLA/SLO for data quality and manage the overall Data Quality Program.
• Select data storage technologies (Data Warehouses, Lakehouses) balancing functional requirements with cost optimization.
• Formulate long-term strategies for AI/ML adoption, including AI-Ready Lakehouses, Feature Stores, and ML pipelines.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with large-scale, geo-distributed architectures and petabytes of data.
• Expert SQL and deep knowledge of Data Warehouses (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, Azure Synapse) and Lakehouses.
• Strong background in real-time data delivery (CDC, Apache Kafka, Kinesis, Pub/Sub).
• Hands-on experience with data processing tools such as Spark, Flink, and dbt.
• Experience with AI/ML ecosystems (e.g., SageMaker, Vertex AI, MLflow).
• English: B1 level or higher and strong command of Russian is required.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with Data Governance and Data Quality monitoring (e.g., Great Expectations).
• Experience with infrastructure tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD.
