Bitrix Platform Architect

Location: Remote in Georgia or Kazakhstan; Almaty, Astana, Tbilisi, and Yerevan

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership across Bitrix-based solutions, covering architecture, performance, security, and code quality.
• Design portal and module architectures, including data structures, integration layers, and scaling strategies.
• Deliver integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, external data exchange, and Single Sign-On.
• Optimize performance and fault tolerance through profiling, caching, MySQL optimization, and Bitrix Web Cluster configuration.
• Conduct code reviews, establish technical standards, manage technical debt, and estimate development effort.
• Provide technical expertise during pre-sales and project planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Bitrix Framework development experience, including Lead Developer or Software Architect responsibilities.
• Deep knowledge of the D7 core, component model, custom modules, background agents, and business processes.
• Experience optimizing high-load systems and building integration architectures.
• Understanding of enterprise security requirements, including access controls, auditing, and personal data protection regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience migrating between Bitrix editions or versions.
• Official 1C-Bitrix certifications.
