Senior ML Engineer (AI Platform)

What you will do

• Design, build, and operate production-grade ML and AI systems for AI-powered equity research products.
• Own end-to-end AI feature delivery across data pipelines, training workflows, inference, evaluation, monitoring, and production operations.
• Develop LLM workflows and supporting infrastructure for user-facing investor experiences at scale.
• Contribute to architecture, technical standards, modeling decisions, code reviews, and incident retrospectives.
• Identify and mitigate AI risks, including performance regressions, bias, and operational issues.
• Mentor peers and support the technical growth of the ML engineering team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 8 years of software engineering experience focused on machine learning or AI systems.
• Experience building and operating production ML systems and contributing to system design and technical decisions.
• Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or Java.
• Experience with LLMs, ranking or recommendation systems, search, or applied NLP.
• Knowledge of deep learning, representation learning, neural networks, model lifecycle management, and human-in-the-loop evaluation workflows.
