What you will do
- Own engineering strategy and execution for one or more Digital Experience Monitoring product areas.
- Manage 50-60 engineers through a team of Engineering Managers.
- Partner with product leadership to shape the roadmap and define product strategy.
- Drive AI adoption across engineering tooling, workflows, and product features.
- Navigate complex cross-team dependencies across APM, Core Platform, and Data Science.
- Mentor Engineering Managers and build high-performing engineering talent in Paris.
Requirements
- Must have direct experience managing Engineering Managers, not just individual contributors.
- Experience with large-scale, event-driven, or data-intensive backend systems.
- Full-stack or frontend-adjacent experience, given the SDK-heavy nature of the product group.
- Must be based in or open to relocating to Paris, France.
- English proficiency required for cross-Atlantic collaboration.
- Track record of shaping product decisions and strategy.
