MuleSoft Platform Engineer

TL;DR

MuleSoft Platform Engineer (Integration/DevOps): Managing and governing the MuleSoft platform with an accent on Flex Gateway operations, API security, and infrastructure automation. Focus on troubleshooting complex incidents, maintaining SLA compliance, and optimizing platform performance using Terraform and OpenShift.

Location: Hybrid model based in Lisbon, Portugal. Candidates must be available for occasional travel or short-period relocation as required.

What you will do

• Govern and oversee L2 operational activities to ensure service continuity and SLA compliance.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve platform incidents, performing root cause analysis.
• Manage deployment, release, and change implementations within the platform.
• Support Flex Gateway Platform setup and participate in on-call activities for major incidents.
• Develop automation scripts for repetitive tasks and maintain operational documentation.
• Manage production support meetings and participate in operational reviews.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of expertise in managing the MuleSoft platform, specifically with Flex Gateway.
• Strong proficiency in Terraform, OpenShift, GitHub, and basic knowledge of AWS and Azure.
• Solid understanding of API security standards (OAuth, OpenID) and ITIL processes.
• Technical skills in XML, XSD, WSDL, Java, JSON, and Linux.
• English: C1 level required.
• Academic background in Computer Science or a related field.
