What you will do

• Produce a monthly external newsletter and social media content to support community engagement.
• Identify and implement client engagement strategies to integrate refugee feedback into programs.
• Design client feedback methods, including survey models and selection communication channels.
• Analyze gathered feedback and present findings to staff to strengthen program impact.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for community engagement and poverty reduction.
• Establish a Client Ambassador Program to provide leadership opportunities for clients.

Requirements

• Prior experience and interest in community engagement or communications.
• Experience working with refugees and immigrants is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be able to work onsite in Silver Spring, MD (car recommended).
