What you will do

• Design and implement products and services for the global Customer Question & Answers platform.
• Develop full-stack applications utilizing modern frontend frameworks and cloud-based services.
• Build and optimize the backend infrastructure and search experience for the Detail Page.
• Integrate Machine Learning models into the product flow to enhance customer experience.
• Manage technical operations and ensure the reliability and scaling of system architecture.

Requirements

• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
• Proven expertise in architecture and design patterns, focusing on reliability and scaling.
• Professional software development experience using Java, C++, or C#.
• Strong proficiency in object-oriented design (OOD).
• Active professional development experience within the last 3 years.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience with the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including code reviews and build processes.
