What you will do

• Deploy and maintain cloud resources including compute, networking, IAM, and storage in AWS or Azure.
• Support containerization efforts using Docker and manage Kubernetes manifests.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and develop Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Configure logging, monitoring, and observability tools to ensure platform reliability.
• Assist application teams in adopting cloud-native patterns and containerized workflows.
• Document technical procedures and support adherence to DoD cybersecurity compliance policies.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen with an active Interim Secret Clearance and ability to obtain a Top Secret (TS) clearance.
• CompTIA Security+ certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fundamental understanding of cloud computing concepts and Linux command line basics.
• Experience with at least one programming or scripting language such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
• Basic exposure to Git, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS or Azure through coursework or projects.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like GitLab or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
• Additional certifications such as CISSP, AWS Cloud Practitioner, or HashiCorp Terraform Associate.
