What you will do
- Manage operational and analytical tasks from goal setting through to execution and result control.
- Analyze statistics and key partner performance metrics to identify quality improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement content sufficiency and quality strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Support and manage partners via Bitrix CRM, including handling complex and non-standard requests.
- Contribute to the improvement of partner-related processes, reporting tools, and internal guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared goals regarding efficiency and cost optimization.
Requirements
- Spanish and Russian: C1+ proficiency required (reading, writing, and communication).
- English: B1+ proficiency required.
- Experience in negotiating and working with contractors or partners, including handling claims.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and Google Workspace.
- Must be located in Georgia (Tbilisi), Argentina (Buenos Aires), Spain, or Serbia.
