What you will do

• Execute day-to-day operational tasks for regulatory and client reporting deliverables.
• Ensure all client deliverables meet agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain proactive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Review documentation for high accuracy before client release.
• Prepare invoices and manage project plans for new and existing clients.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or professional with experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under time constraints.
