What you will do

• Monitor and analyze investor transactions on a daily basis.
• Investigate suspicious financial activity and conduct due diligence.
• Assess source of funds to understand client financial behavior.
• Provide advice and guidance regarding AML/CTF laws.
• Support the creation and implementation of transaction monitoring processes.
• Collaborate with an international team to prevent financial crime.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in the AML field within a financial institution.
• Hands-on experience performing transaction monitoring for legal and natural persons.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to present findings in a structured manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Riga, Latvia.
