What you will do

• Develop and maintain an enterprise-wide risk management framework aligned with strategic objectives.
• Oversee financial, operational, regulatory, liquidity, fraud, and cybersecurity risk domains.
• Provide independent risk oversight as the second line of defense.
• Report regularly to the Board of Directors and senior management.
• Manage risk policies, KRIs, assessments, and business continuity planning.
• Collaborate with Compliance, AML, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive experience in Risk Management within fintech or banking.
• Proven experience in an Electronic Money Institution (EMI) or Payment Institution (PI).
• Deep knowledge of governance frameworks, liquidity, and operational risk.
• Experience interacting with financial regulators and external auditors.
• English and Russian language proficiency required.
• Strong leadership and strategic decision-making capabilities.
