What you will do

• Design and deploy production machine learning models for 3D perception systems.
• Own end-to-end model development from data preparation and training to evaluation and deployment.
• Write production-quality ML code for scalable training and inference workflows.
• Optimize perception models using multi-modal sensor data, emphasizing camera-based and 3D systems.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and autonomy engineers to integrate models into production software.
• Mentor junior engineers on implementation and machine learning best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience, Master's with 3+ years, or PhD with 1+ years in CS, Robotics, or ML.
• Experience developing production ML models for computer vision, perception, or autonomous systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python and PyTorch.
• Experience training and evaluating deep learning models using large-scale datasets.
• Experience working with image-based and/or 3D perception systems.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with LiDAR, point cloud processing, or sensor fusion.
• Knowledge of C++, ROS, or robotics software development.
• Experience with temporal perception models or video-based learning.
• Experience deploying models into production autonomy platforms.
