What you will do

• Independently lead clinical projects, ensuring adherence to study budgets, scope, and financial objectives.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, providing customer service and leading project presentations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including data management, safety, medical monitoring, and biostatistics.
• Prepare and review study documentation such as protocols, project plans, informed consents, and site budgets.
• Liaise with internal project teams and sponsor senior management to ensure high-quality trial execution.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in Romania.
• Degree in life sciences or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Extensive experience in a Clinical Operations role within a CRO, with at least 4 years of Clinical Project Management experience.
• Proven experience managing global studies, including those within the LATAM region and Auto Immune Disease.
• Working understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.
• Availability for domestic and international travel including overnight stays.
• English proficiency: C1 level required for effective communication and presentation.
