What you will do
- Drive new business acquisition by selling merchant acquiring and payment acceptance solutions.
- Build and manage a strong outbound sales pipeline through prospecting and networking.
- Identify, approach, and close new merchant opportunities in high-risk industries.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient merchant onboarding.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reporting.
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience within payments, merchant acquiring, or fintech.
- Strong experience selling to Forex brokers, CFD providers, or trading platforms.
- Demonstrated success in generating outbound pipeline independently.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle and closing new business.
- Must be based in or able to work from Riga, Latvia.
