What you will do

• Investigate online marketplaces, e-commerce sites, and social media to identify unauthorized use of client intellectual property.
• Collaborate with platforms and hosting providers to initiate and execute takedown procedures.
• Work closely with Client Management teams to support brand protection goals and provide case updates.
• Review enforcement reports to identify trends and provide context on unusual activities.
• Suggest improvements to investigative targets and enforcement strategies.
• Adapt to program-specific tasks and contribute ideas to enhance operational processes.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
• Experience in secondary research, data analysis, or brand protection (minimum 1 year preferred).
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build client relationships.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
