What you will do
- Deliver AI solutions for smart decisions in equipment, process, output, quality, and people management.
- Develop a "factory digital brain" to serve as a chatbot, training partner, and smart machine process controller.
- Implement decision and smart analytics enabling engineers to query big data lakes directly via chatbot.
- Integrate image AI for connectivity improvement and low-level shop floor automation.
- Train the next generation of advanced analytics engineers (NexGem trainees).
- Collaborate with universities and thought leaders to bring innovative solutions to the company.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science.
- 10-15 years of experience in data, with the last 5 years specifically dedicated to AI.
- Proven ability to work effectively with multi-cultural and multi-location teams.
- Must be based in Seremban, Malaysia.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Science.
- Experience in large-scale projects related to Supply Chain management, factory scheduling, or big data lake architectures.
