TL;DR

Managed Services Consultant (Fintech): Supporting application, infrastructure, and data delivery offerings for an exposure management platform and trading application with an accent on technical root cause analysis, SQL programming, and SLA management. Focus on ensuring service delivery aligns with KPIs, resolving cloud infrastructure issues, and optimizing data delivery processes.

Location: Manila, Philippines (Hybrid: 2-3x RTO per week). Working schedule: 3 PM - 12 AM PHT.

What you will do

• Provide application support including technical root cause analysis, bug fixes, and process enhancements.
• Manage Data Delivery SLAs for multiple customers and ensure service delivery aligns with KPIs.
• Participate in application releases, including development, testing, and deployment into production.
• Monitor and resolve Cloud Infrastructure issues and communicate with external vendors and clients to resolve escalations.
• Develop and maintain technical support documentation and assist with UAT testing.
• Support implementation teams with both ongoing and new projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience with hands-on SQL programming experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of equity and fixed income indices.
• Experience working with, querying, and manipulating large datasets.
• Sound knowledge of financial spreadsheets, databases, and applications.
• Must be based in Manila, Philippines.
• Ability to work from 3 PM to 12 AM PHT, Monday through Friday.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cloud Technologies such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in Excel VBA.
• Basic programming knowledge in Python and/or C# .NET.
• Understanding of advanced finance concepts (Portfolio Management, Rebalancing, Performance).
• Data Visualization skills.
