Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid role)

Salary: From €75,000 gross annual

What you will do

• Define and evolve the quality strategy across the full product ecosystem, including mobile, desktop, and web clients.
• Lead cross-team quality programs, including release readiness, integration coverage, and go/no-go decision-making.
• Set automation strategy and guide tooling decisions to fix bottlenecks in CI pipelines and test environments.
• Build and enforce quality standards, such as definition of done, quality gates, and escalation paths.
• Lead, hire, and mentor the QA team, ensuring clear ownership and continuous improvement.
• Partner with CTO, Head of Product, and Head of Software Development to align on quality risk and investment trade-offs.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (German language skills are advantageous).
• Several years of experience in QA Engineering with a proven track record in leadership roles.
• Strong practical understanding of testing complex, multi-platform SaaS products, including automation architecture and CI/CD.
• Experience in an Agile environment at scale, ideally across distributed or international teams.
• Ability to challenge scope, timelines, and product decisions based on quality risk.
• Technical credibility to engage with senior engineers on automation, API, and mobile testing.
