What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Develop and manage recruitment metrics, analytics, and reporting.
• Drive comprehensive hiring strategies, including passive outreach and recruitment marketing.
• Oversee P&L management and ensure process standardization across the account.
• Participate in client meetings to share insights and address service gaps.

Requirements

• Japanese: Native level or equivalent professional proficiency (JLPT N1) required.
• English: Business-level proficiency required.
• Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.
• Proven track record in talent acquisition or HR.
• Experience in coaching peers or managing teams.
• Proficiency in recruitment technologies (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
