What you will do

• Support multiple design projects and strategic initiatives within 'X' programs to align with corporate objectives.
• Deliver high-quality industrial design outputs from initial concept to final product launch.
• Lead smaller project segments or novel initiatives, adapting leadership style to project complexity.
• Conduct consumer and competitor research to identify user needs and market gaps.
• Craft compelling concepts using sketching, CAD modeling, prototyping, and storytelling.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across marketing, R&D, and supply chain for cohesive development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Industrial Design or a related field with a robust portfolio.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience within home appliances or consumer electronics sectors.
• Deep expertise in design for manufacturing principles and various production processes.
• Proficiency in advanced CAD modeling software and digital sketching tools.
• Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English (verbal and written).
• Readiness to travel for visits to prototype workshops and suppliers.
