What you will do

• Nurture and grow relationships with assigned client accounts to drive retention and expansion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and provide strategic guidance on digital marketing efforts.
• Analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights for clients.
• Proactively plan and execute client campaigns while leveraging internal resources.
• Prepare and present professional monthly reports and lead regular status meetings.
• Collaborate with SEO, SEM, and CRO engineering teams to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing account management.
• Proven experience working in an agency setting handling multiple clients.
• Strong background in developing and executing successful SEO and SEM strategies.
• Experience managing both B2B and B2C client relationships.
• Working knowledge of WordPress, basic HTML, and tools like Ahrefs, Moz, SEMRush, and Google Analytics.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a confident, engaging communication style.
