What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain user-focused dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Deliver performance tracking against agreed indicators, targets, and outcomes.
- Conduct data quality assurance and apply analytical techniques to investigate trends and exceptions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into effective reporting solutions.
- Manage multiple data sources, ensuring proper modeling, integration, and documentation.
- Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK and able to attend the Milton Keynes office as required.
- Degree-level qualification in a numerate or analytical discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong experience in building reporting and dashboard solutions using Power BI and Excel.
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets with high accuracy.
- Experience working with multiple data sources and understanding data definitions.
- Strong communication skills for presenting insights to diverse audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience using additional analytical tools such as SQL, SAS, R, or Python.
- Understanding of performance management and outcome-focused reporting.
