What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain user-focused dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Deliver performance tracking against agreed indicators, targets, and outcomes.
• Conduct data quality assurance and apply analytical techniques to investigate trends and exceptions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into effective reporting solutions.
• Manage multiple data sources, ensuring proper modeling, integration, and documentation.
• Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK and able to attend the Milton Keynes office as required.
• Degree-level qualification in a numerate or analytical discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong experience in building reporting and dashboard solutions using Power BI and Excel.
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets with high accuracy.
• Experience working with multiple data sources and understanding data definitions.
• Strong communication skills for presenting insights to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience using additional analytical tools such as SQL, SAS, R, or Python.
• Understanding of performance management and outcome-focused reporting.
