DevOps Engineer

TL;DR

DevOps Engineer (AWS/Kubernetes): Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure for a federal program supporting the Medicare experience, with an accent on secure Terraform modules, reliable AWS/EKS/ECS deployments, and Kubernetes workflows. Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $100,000 – $145,000 (United States wage range)

What you will do

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated scanning, testing, and deployment workflows.
• Provision and manage infrastructure using Terraform, emphasizing reusable modules and secure configuration baselines.
• Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure across EKS, ECS, Fargate, EC2, S3, RDS Aurora PostgreSQL, and Secrets Manager.
• Support Kubernetes and containerized environments, including Argo Workflows.
• Partner with DevOps, Architecture, and Development teams to implement reliable, scalable infrastructure patterns.
• Build internal tooling to support development and operational workflows.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• May require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and/or security clearance.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and core cloud infrastructure management.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins.
• Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and environment management.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments.
