What you will do

• Create, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Plan and execute global marketing campaigns while coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Analyze campaign performance using GA4 and other tools to maximize ROI and adjust structures.
• Develop and implement new paid advertising strategies, including AI-driven approaches.
• Launch and optimize advertising campaigns on ChatGPT and other LLM platforms.
• Monitor KPIs and deliver detailed performance reports to management.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ukraine
• Proven experience managing LinkedIn, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Facebook.
• Strong proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and performance analysis.
• Experience in B2B or software development industry.
• Ability to launch campaigns from scratch, including pixel implementation and conversion setup.
• Advanced Excel skills and project management capabilities.
