What you will do

• Write robust test plans covering all paths, edge cases, and complex feature combinations.
• Identify and mitigate production risks early to ensure a smooth player experience.
• Analyze system interactions across the game to identify potential breaking points.
• Lead and mentor the QA squad, sharing knowledge to level up the team.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and production to communicate bugs clearly.

• Proven QA experience within the video game industry.
• Ability to create detailed test plans independently.
