What you will do
- Build a modern, scalable enterprise data platform to support analytics, business intelligence, and AI.
- Design reliable, automated data pipelines integrating core business systems into a single architecture.
- Create trusted, governed data products that serve as the foundation for enterprise reporting.
- Establish engineering standards for data quality, governance, security, and platform reliability.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Finance, and Business Operations leaders to solve complex data challenges.
- Define the long-term technical vision and direction of the enterprise data platform.
Requirements
- Experience building modern cloud-based data platforms in AWS or similar environments.
- Proficiency in building data pipelines using Python and SQL.
- Expertise in data modeling, transformation, and orchestration tools.
- Experience with modern data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Git-based source control and CI/CD development practices.
- Must be based in Canada
Nice to have
- Experience with AI and machine learning data pipelines.
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM platforms such as NetSuite and Salesforce.
- Experience with search and vector database technologies.
