What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize reliable CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions across multiple banking departments.
• Act as the primary administrator for the GitHub platform, ensuring organizational governance and security.
• Standardize specialized deployment pipelines tailored specifically for .NET applications.
• Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
• Take technical ownership of the current CI/CD infrastructure and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Miami, Florida
• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Release Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure Architecture.
• Expertise in creating and troubleshooting complex pipelines with GitHub Actions and managing GitHub platform administration.
• Strong practical experience building pipelines for .NET applications.
• Proficiency with cloud providers, specifically Azure or AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, Docker, and Kubernetes in production.
• Possession of GitHub Foundations and GitHub DevOps Pipelines certifications.

Nice to have

• Experience with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Datadog, or Grafana.
• Knowledge of banking compliance, security standards, and secrets management.
• Official certifications in Azure (e.g., DevOps Engineer Expert) or AWS.
