Location: Hybrid (San Francisco Bay Area, New York, or Amsterdam residents; in office 3 days/week; remote roles require in-person 1x per quarter)

Salary: $195K–$265K (offers equity)

What you will do

• Own a product surface end to end: customer conversations, product design, API design, implementation, and rollout.
• Design and ship alerting and analytics that are granular, flexible, and fast enough to meet contractual latency SLAs.
• Build entitlement and spend-control primitives (credit balances, allocations, usage-percentage alerts, rate limits) enforced in real time against hirify.global billing state.
• Shape the roadmap, primitives, and interfaces other teams build against.
• Collaborate with PM, design, sales, and customer success; work directly with enterprise and AI customers.

Requirements

• 9+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of owning products or systems end to end.
• Strong product instincts and customer empathy; comfortable being close to customers and business impact.
• Comfort designing APIs and data models that other teams and customers depend on.
• Systems depth to reason about real-time and low-latency tradeoffs.
• Attention to detail across API design and product UX.
• Location: Must be a resident of the San Francisco Bay Area, New York, or Amsterdam; hybrid requires being in office 3 days/week.
