What you will do

• Review audio and catalog content in a media asset management system.
• Perform metadata quality assurance to ensure descriptive metadata meets hirify.global standards.
• Catalog and review tags to improve search, recommendations, and discovery.
• Maintain taxonomy standards by normalizing tags across multiple systems.
• Support archival standards by partnering with Programming, Product, Technology, and content creators.
• Handle physical media (disks and drives) and assist with content retrieval and archiving requests.

Requirements

• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
• Experience with media content metadata, CMS, data asset management, libraries, or digital collections.
• Ability to recognize and analyze data and assess archival value.
• Familiarity with digital media, metadata, and taxonomy standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to process information quickly and precisely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
