What you will do

• Design and build AI agents to improve advertiser experiences on a global scale.
• Implement advanced model optimization techniques including supervised fine-tuning (SFT), instruction tuning, and preference optimization (DPO/IPO).
• Develop agentic architectures (e.g., CoT, ToT, ReAct) integrating planning, tool use, and long-horizon reasoning.
• Curate datasets and build evaluation pipelines including automated benchmarks and safety guardrails.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to transition scientific innovations into production environments.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in CS, CE, ML, or a related field.
• Master's degree holders must have 4+ years of experience.
• 3+ years of experience building models for business applications.
• Proficiency in programming with Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience in designing experiments and performing statistical analysis of results.

Nice to have

• Professional software development experience.
• Expertise in deep learning architecture design, training, optimization, and model pruning.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI Agents, MCPs, and Chain of Thought reasoning.
