Senior Manager of Strategic Finance and Business Analytics (Web3)

What you will do

• Maintain and update US revenue and gross margin forecasts weekly using driver-level data.
• Build and refine cohort models tracking customer behavior from acquisition through retention.
• Decompose payments, fraud, and incentive costs to optimize unit-level margins.
• Own the weekly KPI reporting pack for US leadership to ensure actionable decision-making.
• Partner with growth and product teams to size new market and channel opportunities.
• Perform deep-dive analyses on cost categories including liquidity programs and web hosting.

Requirements

• 5+ years in strategic finance or business analytics with a strong hands-on modeling background.
• Proven experience building driver-based financial models from scratch.
• Deep familiarity with transaction-level unit economics and margin decomposition.
• Ability to work autonomously in fast-moving environments with imperfect data.
• Experience defining KPIs and building reporting infrastructure/dashboards.
• Location: Must be based in New York (On-site)

Nice to have

• Prior experience at a fintech, crypto, or marketplace company.
• Hands-on ability to write SQL and build dashboards in Looker, Metabase, or similar tools.
