Lead Product Manager (Fintech)

Lead Product Manager (Fintech): Defining and owning the Entitlements & Spend Platform, the runtime layer for billing state, with an accent on real-time alerting, spend controls, and usage analytics. Focus on setting product strategy, driving discovery, and building foundational infrastructure for enterprise and AI customers.

Location: Hybrid (San Francisco Bay Area, New York, or Amsterdam). For remote roles, in-person attendance is required 1x per quarter. Relocation support is available for the San Francisco Bay Area.

Salary: $195,000 – $255,000 + Equity

• Define and own the product strategy for entitlements, spend controls, and usage analytics.
• Lead product discovery by engaging directly with customers to understand their spend and access governance needs.
• Identify and ship the smallest possible units of value to drive business impact.
• Partner closely with engineering and design to ensure user and business implications are addressed early.
• Shape the strategic direction of the domain, including real-time enforcement and critical spend logic.
• Establish product practices and processes to support team growth and delivery.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of delivering impact and defining new products.
• Strong ability to balance customer needs with business priorities.
• Experience building partnerships with engineering and design counterparts.
• Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate.

• Experience with platform, developer-facing, or usage-based products.
• Background in early-stage B2B startups.
• Domain expertise in billing, pricing, or financially critical systems.
