What you will do

• Lead technical implementation, integration testing, and provisioning of GPU/CPU clusters.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for compute infrastructure requirements and delivery.
• Perform design validation, performance tuning, and optimization for large-scale compute systems.
• Drive resolution for technical escalations, root-cause analysis, and SLA compliance.
• Interface with Hardware, Network, SRE, and Cloud teams to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.
• Support capacity scaling and new use cases across customer accounts.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible for ITAR authorization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in large-scale compute or hyperscale infrastructure.
• Experience leading technical implementations involving GPUs/CPUs and high-performance systems.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends during critical project phases.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to data center sites and customer locations.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a STEM discipline.
• Deep knowledge of InfiniBand, RoCE, and NVIDIA networking technologies.
• Experience with AI/ML training and inference infrastructure at scale.
• Hands-on experience with Linux environments and orchestration tools.
