What you will do

• Deliver regional engagement activities, including events and on-farm consultations.
• Provide operational, digital, and compliance support to ensure farmers receive co-operative value.
• Act as a primary escalation point for complex farmer queries and issues.
• Capture and report regional insights to inform business decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams and rural professionals to solve operational challenges.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Southland, New Zealand.
• Strong understanding of agriculture or dairy farming environments.
• Proven experience in relationship-building and stakeholder engagement.
• Confidence in working with systems, data, and digital tools.
