What you will do

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects to ensure alignment with business objectives and security standards.
• Track action items from governance boards and steering committees, maintaining dashboards for strategic initiatives and KPIs.
• Prepare presentations, summaries, and workflow trackers for cross-functional IT governance tasks.
• Manage relationships with external providers to ensure services comply with contracts and security policies.
• Participate in IT risk assessments and support vulnerability management, including analysis and prioritization of remediation.
• Support service management processes by tracking SLAs and KPIs for IT teams over time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Management, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of security best practices and guidelines (NIST).
• Eligible for an IEFP Level VI Internship.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal communication).
• Strong organizational skills, proactive ownership, and ability to work under pressure.
